A silicone thermal pad is a type of thermal interface material (TIM) which is highly conductive and comprises of conformable materials which are used to provide a heat path between heat sinks and electronic devices where uneven surface topography, air gaps and texture preclude good thermal transfer. Ziitek supply a wide range of silicone thermal pads with varying properties to suit every application.

 

The TIF®200-30-25S Series is a compound thermal interface material that combines good thermal conductivity, reliable electrical insulation,and soft characteristics. This product not only provides excellent thermal conductivity but also ensures superior breakdownvoltage strength, effectively preventing circuit short circuits. Its soft characteristic allows it to fully fill uneven interfaces,providing excellent cushioning protection for precision components while dissipating heat. This series is an ideal choice for applications requiring electrical isolation, such as power devices, new energy vehicles, and portable electronic devices.
